You can modify your personal account details on vivostore.me after logging into your vivo ID.
Once signed‑in, navigate to the Personal Center page from the account menu. Inside the profile section, you are allowed to edit multiple pieces of account data including your full name, contact phone number, default shipping address, email and other personal profile details.
Double‑check all modified content to avoid typos, especially your shipping address and phone number, which will be used for order delivery. Remember to click the save button after editing, and your updates will take effect immediately.
If you cannot save your edits or some fields fail to update, please clear your browser cache or switch another browser. Contact our customer support team if problems persist.
