Before you submit your account deletion request for vivostore.me, please pay close attention to benefit‑related rules.
Once your vivo ID account is permanently deleted, all data linked to this account will be cleared. Any unredeemed coupons, discount vouchers, accumulated membership points and unclaimed rewards will immediately become invalid. These deleted benefits cannot be restored, recovered or transferred to another vivo ID under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend you use up your coupons, redeem points for gifts or offset order payments before you proceed with account cancellation.
If you have trouble finding or using your existing coupons and points, please get support from our customer service team prior to deleting your account.
