Method 1: Enable App Clone in Settings
Open Settings.
Go to Apps. Depending on the device and software version, this menu may appear as Apps & permissions, Apps & notifications, or Applications.
Tap App clone.
Select a supported app and turn on its App Clone switch.
A second app icon will then appear on the Home screen. The cloned app can be set up with a different account from the original app.
Method 2: Clone an App from the Home Screen
Touch and hold the icon of a supported app on the Home screen.
Tap the “+” icon when it appears.
The cloned app will be added to the Home screen.
App Clone supports selected apps, including WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, Zalo, Viber, Facebook, and Instagram. Supported apps may vary by device model, region, app version, and system version. Some entry-level models may support only a limited selection of apps.
If the preferred app does not appear in App Clone, it may not currently be supported. Keeping the device and app updated can help ensure the best experience on a new mobile device.
