- Will cleaning my phone storage delete my personal photos, videos or important files?
No. The one-tap cleanup in iManager only removes temporary cache, residual junk files, unused APKs and ad files — it will never touch your personal photos, videos, documents or app data. When you perform deep cleaning and manually delete large files or media, always double-check and back up important content first.
- Is it safe to clear app cache on OriginOS? Will I be logged out of my apps?
Clearing app cache is completely safe. Cache files are temporary data (such as preloaded images and web content) used to speed up app loading. Clearing cache will not delete your account login information, chat history or personal settings. Only "clear storage / clear data" will reset an app to its initial state and erase all local data.
- How often should I clean up my vivo phone storage?
For daily maintenance, run the one-tap junk cleanup in iManager once a week to keep the system running smoothly. For deep cleaning (removing unused apps, duplicate photos and large files), we recommend doing it every 1–2 months, or whenever you receive a "storage almost full" notification.
- How do I clean up WhatsApp or other social app data without losing chat history?
Use the App data cleanup feature inside iManager. You can selectively clear cached photos, videos and voice messages from social apps while keeping your chat history fully intact. You can also manually select old media files to delete, preserving important conversations.
